These are all the places it drops, and it drops INSC, in many of these places. I'd safely say you can merch that.

would you also tell me to merch a noninsc any req gold one?
the information you gave is useless imo

non-insc dwarven axes go for a lot, but only gold ones. this one is merch, a purple 14>50 one might get you 40-50k if req9
