Somebody tell me how to add the expansion of nightfall to prophecies, is that I've finished the campaign all the prophecies and was wondering how to add the nightfall.
I've tried to add key but says it can not add do not know what to do.
I bought the trilogy (Prophecies, Nightfall and Eye of North)

To add a key:

Log in to your account.
Click 'Edit Account' (it's in the bottom left hand corner).
Select 'Manage Access Keys' and click Next.
Click 'Add Key'.
Add your key and follow any steps you may need to complete afterwards.

Anyway, if you bought the trilogy (which contains Proph, Factions, and Nightfall, NOT EotN), you'll have one key for all three campaigns, not individual keys. If you added your trilogy key already your account already has Nightfall on it. Just make a new character and select Nightfall.

I do not know if you need any quest to later add. : S

I'm not quite sure what parts of my post your post if referring to but...

*When you say you bought the trilogy, did you buy them as one package or just each game individually? Buying each game individually will give you a key for each.
*Where did you buy the games/accounts from? What problem are you having with adding the key?
*There are no quests or any in game things you need to do to add Nightfall to your account (you will need to do a quest to get your non-Nightfall characters to Elona, but that's not related to this matter). Just add the key.

On the login screen, click on "Create Account or Add Access Key":

Check the box next to "Add the Access Key to an existing Guild Wars account", type in your account name, password and character name then click "Next."

Finally, type in the 20-digit Access Key and press "Next."

If it still doesn't work, double check that the code is exactly as typed on the card (or in the email - however you got it) - don't mistake 0s for Os, for example.

If that fails, start to doubt the veracity of the supplier of your Nightfall code and get in contact with support

(EDIT) Bah, do you know how long it took me to host them screenies and formulate this response? Stop replying so quick, you gits!

Is it giving you an error message? What does it say? Also, where did you buy the games from?

It looks like you're trying to add a Prophecies key, not a Nightfall key. This is not a GW problem. You've got the wrong key. You'll need to figure this out with whoever sold it to you (unless you're just getting confused about which keys are for what; make sure you're adding the Nightfall key). I'll ask you for a third time: Where did you get the key?

If you have Prophecies and then buy Nightfall, Eye of the North and Prophecies seperately you will not be able to add Prophecies once again since that would be a duplicate. You can double check if you have Nightfall and EOTN added already. Try creating a new character and see if it lets you create it in Nightfall. For EOTN go outside Lions Arch and go a small bit east. If you see earthquakes and a crevasse in the ground (which you can click to start the EOTN storyline) then you also have EOTN on your account.
To me it sounds like you have 2 copies (keys) of Prophecies. You can use the duplicate to create a second account with just prophecies if you like, but it cant be added to your existing account.

Also, the trilogy consists of Prophecies, Fractions and Nightfall and Eye of the North is the 4th expansion. I do hope you get it in and not have been scammed.

Because based on your posts, it sounds like you already added the keys and what you really want to do is go to Factions and Nightfall.

This was explained earlier in this thread, but here's a link with more detailed information on how to do that: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Campaign_Travel

Just a wild guess here - could the key you're trying to use is a trial key?

(Just throwing that out there as a possibility)

No, you can't add a trilogy key to a prophecies account. I tried to do it too and it doesn't work. It gives you that message saying you already own it. You just have to create another account. And play through the tedious prophecies campaign all over again to get your character back.... wish they would fix that.

I started with just Prophecies as a stand-alone. I later bought the Trilogy and had zero issue adding it to my existing account and using my same toon that I started with... which I am still playing 5 months later and have gone through EotN with as well.

I don't know if they've suddenly changed something in the last 30 days or so, but I do know that as recently as the middle of February it was possible to add the Trilogy to any existing stand-alone campaign. I'd advise contacting support directly if it is suddenly not allowing you to do something it has permitted all along.
