As far as I've seen, most WoTA builds are used for SC's (MTSC, etc) and I've never really seen a WoTA build used in General PvE due to the PvE skill Critical Agility in combination with Critical Eye, however I was thinking (As my main is a monk, and I've been looking into making a sin for quite some time) isn't WoTA, essentially used for the same reason people use UA isntead of HB + res?
So, why can't WoTA be used with A/W - [[Jagged Strike]], [[Fox Fangs]], [[Death Blossom]], [[WoTA]], [[Asuran Scan]], [["I Am The Strongest!"]], [[??]], [[Save Yourselves!]]
Except any suggestions for the ?? slot?

WotA is listed as one of the optional Elites.
If I was to use WotA in PvE, I would use:
Jagged Strike
Fox Fangs
Death Blossom
Optional
Way of the Assassin [E]
Critical Agility [PvE]
Critical Eye
"Save Yourselves!" [PvE]
With the optional being A Scan, IatS, EBSoH, res, etc.

I thought WoTA was to condense 2 skills into 1 for a possiblity of more skills on your bar, so why take WoTA + Crit Agility and Crit Eye?

WotA alone doesn't give the max 33% IAS, so Critical Agility is still helpful, and the increased crit chance still stacks with Crit Eye. You can use it to compress if you want, but in my opinion it would be better to have additional attack speed and crit chance than a couple semi-useful PvE skills.
EDIT: The Speed Clears also sometimes use cons that further increase attack speed, so they can drop Crit Agility.

WotA might be fun to play around with in a build that focuses on buffing your auto attacks and adding skills that rely on criticals. This would be sub par but might be fun to try out:
WotA
Critical Eye
Critical Defenses
Critical Agility
Way of Prefection
Whirlwind attack
EBSH
(optional)

WotA

In HM most of the time crit agillity if redundant due to heavy ench removal so it is sometiems a waste of a slot. That is why WoTA is better, and in harder areas (DoA) it is good to replace I am the Strongest with I am Unstoppable, just to get the extra armor boost.

No. Read Cthton's post (#8). There isn't really a situation where LF is justified.

Plus the OP was asking for help with WotA, not LF.
