40k maybe, there are a lot of 7/15 and 8/16 shields in circulation. so it will be harder to sell a 6/14 one

It's hard to buy 6/14 for 40k now...

12/7/8/8 attribute split needs a 6/14 if you run the 7 as tac rather than 8
