times, but was unable to leave the place I entered. What I mean, is when I went to exit the outpost, it would sit there at "connecting 0%". This happened when
trying to zone outside the outpost or when mapping to another outpost. I have also been unable to connect to the wiki (wiki.guildwars.com). Had been able to play this game with little to no problem for almost a year after getting this machine. Able to check email, search craig's list, and do other internet activities with zero problems.
Have done virus scans, spyware scans, and anti-malware scans with nothing found, using programs recommended in these forums and a couple others.

I run GW in windowed mode, not full screen.
Ping Plotter shows high percentage of packet loss in Dallas servers when routing to 64.25.39.48, the server the game is trying to connect to. Dallas server also show high packet loss when routing to wiki.guildwars.com.
Are there server problems going on, or did my provider all of a sudden start having problems, or is my machine acting up?
