1. merch, inscription maybe 500g, but not really wanted, and not the time worth selling imo
2. merch, inscription/mod same as above
3. you can try salvaging, but you won't succeed
on uninscriptable foci, wands, and shields, both mods are inherent --> non-salvageable. But imo, merch it anyway.
those are just my opinions
little explanation, actually biggest part of inscripable items are worthless anyway, and these skins are high req and common, the base energy from the uninscr focus is just too far from max to be worth anything imo, also common skin
