agree with way2dead and severely disagree with the 20e it was probably identified and had some mods that are liked or something like that

you can test the shield for a hp mod as unid, sell it as unid as 700g if it has no hp mods

Shadow Shields are a common drop in FOW, I have sold a few q9 with nice inherents for 5-10k, doubt people would pay a great deal more.

Just identify the shield...as SteuyG explained u could be lucky and find nice mods which can go for over 20 ectos. think on a shield vs demons. I recommend u not to sell UNINSCRIBABLE items as UNID, most of all SHIELDS. u potentially almost merch a shield worth 20-30 ectos

For shadow shields and some inscription version of shields are easily sold for 40-50k as well - no idea if this is or not.
