Don't merch the Storm, either keep it for a pulling bow, or sell it to someone cheapish for that purpose.
Every toon wants a longbow for pulling, and the Storm is a skin most people like. Req and Mods don't matter at all, so you will find someone who wants it, just don't flog it to the merchant, would be a waste. I am sure someone will give you more than the damn trader would.
Give it to some new player in Ascalon in worst case scenario

EDIT: As to your question on Fiery, I sold one q9 the other week for 5k, you could get a little more, but they are not terribly rare.

I've seen them going for 10-15k for the nice skin...almost used as caster weapon since they got elemental dmg.....
