Remember the "log as offline" settings

Now that we can directly choose to log as offline/away/do not disturb from the char selection screen, I think it would be nice the game remembers our previous selection. Currently, it sets your status back to online whenever you log out. So here is what I propose:

- Either remember our old status when we log out and exit the game (you could have a MSN-like feature, asking for confirmation when we log as offline, with the possibility to disable/enable this pop up window in the config panel), or:
- Remember our old status when we log out, but reset it to online by default when we quit the game.

Also, when we are disconnected, we don't have the chance to select our online status when we reconnect: it's automatically set to "online". A fix, maybe?

I used this feature for the first time recently, and I was like, "Is it supposed to forget each time you switch characters?"

A checkmark for "remember my status" could also work. But resetting on client close would be good. Whichever's easiest to code.

Seriously, you can't be happy with what you got? I can understand remembering your status when you reconnect after a DC, but really, I don't think the team needs to spend their time babying you. If it's convenient for them, why not, but I don't think we should set so many expectations.

is it really so hard to check the status you want everytime you log in or change toons?

If you want to be sneaky like a spy, you must be as mindful of your actions as them.

Right after they fix rangers, elementalists, paragons, and the whole game. Then they can begin devoting their highly limited resources to a feature that will affect about 3 people.
