Getting code=15s in RA constantly, teams aren't even showing up. Everybody is Guildless and I can't access my guild roster (even when I was doing FoWsc) or even chat in guild chat.
According to other players, this has been happening all day. Does Anet not realise these things are going on?

Fix your servers, Anet!

I've not even been able to play since this afternoon. Game is hanging on 0% at the loading screen. Again.

Support acts like they don't know ISP and router info from the last ticket I sent in. So I gave them that. Again.

This is not a good way to sell a sequel.

They most likely don't know what goes on in your previous tickets, I used to send tickets in and eventually they told me to number them. Got up to about #104 reported Gold Sellers.
