My favorite farm, Mr Cho's Estate.

i think i may try this with a build like:

Channeling: 12+1+2 (haven't bought the sup yet)
Spawning: 12+1
Death Magic: 3

Painful bond, Signet of Spirits, Bloodsong, Vampirism, Destruction, Rupture Soul, Summon Spirits (Kurzick), Necrotic Traversal

I could also drop Spawning to 10+1 and go 8+1 Communing for Armor of Unfeeling and maybe shadowsong, will the scribes own me though?

^ Rits can do it just fine, take shadowsong and ymlad over destruction/rupture soul.
This farm is the first part of the mission with only melee characters. (don't bother with the diseased pets)
The explorable requires different builds although you can probably farm that with a spiritspammer too.

Recently i got req 10 domination 20/20 Bo staff drop from Cho mission.
Sold for 225e. Worth wasting my time there :P

This is pretty fun to do and with all the iron there indeed a nice place to get some for cons. Too bad non inscr. drops so I can upgrade them with measure but still fun. Got my first ever gold bo staff there, not perfect so merch
