For my discord heroes, there are two hexes, Defender Zeal and Parasite Bond. Both with low casting time, low energy cost, and low recharge.
Should I replace my Inepitude hero with a Monk smiter or just replace one of the skills with Parasite bond? Just in case the mob spreads out.
My Ranger isn't fit to use hexes.
I am using Discord/Mesway/Spiritway(With my SoS using Paragon skills instead of rit skills.)

AS Ranger Asuran Scan and Poison Arrow (E) is a good choise if you plan going discord. The hexes/conditions which are requirements for discord-skill to work is good to be applied YOURSELF. That cut down the time of killing foe, since the heroes does not first need to apply the requirements before they can actually put the dmg skill in work. Sense? Yes? My grammar, sense? No?

Don't run Discord. Many including me already argue that Discord is subpar. What most people would agree on (even those who support Discord), however, is that Discord synergizes badly with a physical player.

With 7 heroes there are tons and tons of better options, be creative! If you want to kill a group of enemies 'fast' why bother with single target damage and take them down 1 by 1?

Parasetic bond? Use shadow of fear. Go Incendiary Arrows+barbed arrows (easier on the energy than apply poison) and put arcane coundrum on your Ineptitude mesmer, it's seriously useful and good energy management aside from being an AoE hex.

Well I'm sure someone is going to call me an idiot for admitting this, but I DO use the AP caller build for my ranger for quite a lot of things. I've been using it for all the VQs/GWEN titles and I personally find it more enjoyable. It really comes down to your personal preference. If you're going to play a ranger and treat it as an actual ranger I don't suggest using discord. However, I find with my ranger I don't often run out of power being the AP caller. I use an insightful staff and you don't have to spam the vanguard assassin every mob. You could always sneak "blood ritual" on some hero skill bar if you really can't keep up (I don't though). For my skill bar I have nothing fancy. I have max expertise and deadly arts. I just have the normal Assassin's Promise -> "You Move Like A Dwarf!" -> Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support -> "Finish Him!". Then I also have Throw Dirt, Whirling Defense, Dodge, Res Signet (beast mastery sounds like a good idea, though). As long as you always get AP and YMLAD on a mob you're fine. I run with 3 disord, 2 mes (one tease and one ineptitude), 1 monk (woh), and 1 whatever else I need for that particular area.
