Never known you could salvage a mod from a non-inscr shield.. Also this shield seems weird to me, fist time I saw a BLUE shield with max fortitude mod.

You can from Eotn / nf drop shields. after salvaging that mod. it becomes White shield instead of blue also..

You can see the difference of it being salvageable by that text "of Fortitude" on the end
