I want to know what an oldschool cristalline with +3-5e (purple) can be worth

by +3-5e u mean 3-5 Energy mod? if yes. First of all. Non insc purples cant have +5energy / dual vamp/zeal / -10ar / -5energy mods. Alteast not anymore

Also Energy mod doesnt excist other then +5e, also max mods not possible on non insc purples..
