PvP: H3 LF HA Guild

I Pve As Well, First Off I Must Let You Know This.
im a family guy as well, my family is always first and i will try to finish the things needed to be done before a run.

im looking for a constant Fame Farm or hall holding guild which doesn't require much except to follow the callers orders and rules.
i cant get on much but i do when i can.

im 20 years old just to kick the age outta the way
i have Ventrilo and Teamspeak(i require alot of friendly chat in vent/TS...i bore easily)
i have experience running front-liner builds though i haven't HAed in a while due to game changes and job hunting(will need updating on the new builds)
i have a brain and use it!(i also hope the guild would be willing to try and tweak build ideas i come up with)
i have references from We Kite Holding Hands[SYMOLBS HERE]
and ET Stole My Bike[Crap] as well as We Pew Pew Like James Bond[007]

i honestly want to stop PVE and do it on my free time when pvp is not happnin'.
