Help me?!

Hey, completely new to these forums!

I had my account suspended about a year ago because ''Your account was blocked because it was accessed by gold sellers.''

I decided to come back and have had my account unblocked again by the people at ncsoft but i dont know my security question and have no friends that play to help me.

Can anyone search for a player called Tyzzan and tell me the whole username as i (foolishly) forgot my full account name?

Seeing as this isn't the official support forums, we can't help you much here.

Your best bet, is to check your screenshot folder if you took any screenshots. Might find a character name in there. Otherwise, contact Anet and give them as much of your account information as you can and they'll get you a character name (CD Keys, name on account, email, etc etc, important info).

Yeh i was just thinking if you use the search user tool in-game that my name will come up?

I have emailed them but I have been trying to sort this out for ages and just want to get playing again haha!

were you in a guild? if so you might be able to contact a guild member (you MIGHT still be on the roster---), but your best bet is the screen shot folder.

Just had a look for any screen shots then realised no chance as I have cleared my computer so many times and I couldn't find anything. Tried checking emails and all i have is a few NCSoft emails from late 2006, early 2007 that didn't include any details.

I have access to my NCSoft master account but that doesn't help either.

In terms of being in a guild, I was but i'm sure I have been kicked by now and cant even remember the name.

If you provide NCSoft with enough of your information they will provide you with a character name, so just sit tight and it will happen. Might I also suggest you remove your email from being displayed under your username unless you would like to get hacked again!

Thanks. Thats not my account email anyway. If anyone hacks that they will just get access to lots of spam and crappy ads.
