Look at your HOM score. If you have 3 points for account linked, then its linked to your NCSoft acount... I think also you can contact support and get your account name with your e-mail account. Not sure though.

Contact support and they will reply with something along the lines of "post proof or gtfo". Basically, they will ask you for a copy of the receipt(s). Since no sane person keeps 5-6 years old receipts - you better start meditating now. In order to clear your mind and remember the ncsoft account info. Candles help. Incense not so much. In my experience, that is.
