Played few months ago, now, banned...

Hey,

I just registered an account here to ask a question.

After not playing GW for a few months I tried to log in again today and i couldn't seem to be able to log in, so i tried all possible password combinations because i was a little unsure if i was entering it correctly, but after no luck I decided to go into my NCsoft master account and change the password.

After this i tried to log into the game again and it said my client couldn't connect to the server, most likely because of connection problems, so i figured i would try to restart the client and tried again, this time i got a message saying my account has been terminated for using a bot and that this action is permanent...I have sent a mail to support hoping to resolve this issue, but i just wanted to know if there is a chance they will open my account again or will i not be able to play again because of some error on their side...?

I'm getting my hopes up, but i'm afraid they will be crushed even though i love ANet and they have been good with support before...

It is a possibility that your account was hacked.
There have seem to been an increase in account hacking.

Your best bet is to email support with your problem.

Sadly, there is nothing we here can do for you. Just keep naggin' at support.
