I havnt bought 3 mercs yet, but i think it would be fun to give 6 paragons a try - so im trying to put down some ideas, and i need some help.
Here is what i got so far
Everybody got attack skills (ofc) and ive tried to even out the various paragon buffs - and yes, thats dual Song of Resto (in lack of a better choice)
The idea is more a less, a wall of steel - showering the enemies with lifestealing attacks - while keeping up eachother with various paragon buffs in effects.
Have u given a "full" para team a go? and in that case, can you enlighten me with your exp?

How do you intend to buy "mercs"?
You may have three paragon heroes, but you use a further three, you would need to have created three characters of your own (all paragon) and I doubt anyone has ever done this, as it would be rather silly
Mercenary heroes are merely "skins" of toons you already use you see.
You could of course play with another paragon, who has two para heroes.

Mercenary heroes can be made out of PvP characters as well, which can be created and deleted and recreated.
So... make a PvP Paragon (insta lvl 20), add as a mercenary hero, delete, make a PvP Paragon (with a different name), add as a mercenary hero, delete.... ad nauseum.

Not enough heals.
1. Put finale of restoration on all the hero paragons so they self-heal on every shout/chant end.
2. The necro will OoV itself to death. OOP is a better choice. Reserve elite for something else.
3. Put cautery signet on one paragon to remove all team-wide conditions.
4. Use EbSoH on yourself, and possibly SY + TNTF (i'm guessing it's not shown here). If caster, no need to use a paragon team.
5. Splinter weapon on the necro.
6. GFTE on every paragon for easy e-management.
7. Zealous anthem on one paragon.
I still doubt it will be an effective speedy team build but it might be give some giggles.

Replace Anthem of Restoration please. It's a useless heal. That's why there is the other non-elite party heal skill. That would be better since most of your heroes use shouts and chants anyway. And take 1 more motivator instead of commander.

Doubting anyone posted so far has actually played a 6-para team, so you're basically on your own.

You can still play a 6 para team, becuase you can use assassins as well for motivation/command shouts. You just give them a decent critical attribute alogn with critical eye which gives the hero +1 energy everytime he hits critically. The negative effect is that the sin has a lower AR.
