PvX Looking For An Active Guild

Hello fellow Guild Warriors, my name is Kurosaki Ichigo and I am a new player coming from World of Warcraft and seeking an active guild to join. I do have some requirements though and their pretty simple so here is what I am looking for in a guild

1)Must have Ventrilo or TeamSpeak 3 server and use it actively.
2)Must have a website with regular guild updates such as events, etc.
3)Must be of course, active!
