I'm grinding titles on my sin and my team build looks mostly the same.
The SoS has Ancestor's Rage instead of Painful Bond. In contradiction to painful bond heroes use AR Quite well. They only cast when it affects 2 or more foes and who doesn't like 200 dmg for 5e
I still prefer SoGM over ST, 40/40 set helps. Mine has a rezz instead of Armor Unfeeling.
I run an Esurge mesmer instead of your keystone. My Ineptitude mesmer has a slightly different build. Both mesmers have fall back to speed up the run. MM bar is exactly the same.
Instead of a Para and a Healing Burst Monk i have a RoJ and a N/rt Resto. I'm not a fan of dedicated healers since they can't do anything if your team isn't taking dmg.
The RoJ has Strength of Honor. This skill is simply amazing, it adds 26 (@16 smite) every time i hit a foe!!! I'm playing wota dagger spammer so i get a lot of hits to abuse SoH even more. RoJ, smite condition and smite hex is some nice AoE dmg. RoJ does cause scatter yeah, but foes normally are dead before they even could scatter^^. @ just 11 Divine Favor Smite Hex and condition (and reversal of dmg) heals for 70 because of smiter's boon.
The N/rt has Pain of Disenchantment for some more AoE dmg and to remove annoying enchantments. He also has enfeebling blood and shadow of fear for some more anti-physical. (Not sure about this since i already got Ineptitude).
I did test quite some hero builds actually and these worked out the best for me.
