lowest lvl to get obsidan?

What currently is the lowest lvl to obtain obsidan armor? i know people have obtained it as low as lvl 5 but is that still possible and if so how? I am ascended at lvl 2 with total of 2,250k xp. but according to wiki i got to accept 2 quest in fow 10k xp each which is lvl 7. Although i have heard of people only accepting Restoring the temple and getting obby which would be a lvl 5 with obby since lvl 6 is 16,000 xp. I have tried this but i cant even get the quest restoring without accepting defending. Also i have checked for any updates that may have changed this and did not find any. any anyone knows of a update or how to get restoring w/o accepting defending please relply.

you dont have to pick up the quests just get another human player to get and accept them

You must complete the Defending the temple before Restoring becomes an option if you are going alone.

I've been wondering this myself. Do YOU need to accept the rewards, or can a runner etc. accept them to get the armor crafter? If I remember correctly from when I got my obsidian you had to accept 1 quest from the guy to have the option to craft, so if this is the case I'd think that lvl 5 would be the lowest.

yes but like i said i have tried it as being lvl 2 i oviously got a runner he did all the quest for me. but when i tried to grab the restoring all the popped up was defending so i grabbed that and tried talking to him again and just brough up reward. so i would had to accept to even get restoring. but yes people have done it at lvl 5 so im just curious is there an update or some way around this. i got obby lvl 7 on my derv cause i accepted both quests. if there is a way to just do 1 that would be great! xD so let me know...
