So as the title says I'm a newbie when it comes to Underworld and Fissure of Woe.
When talking about being a newbie I'm not just saying I don't know anything, teach me everything. I'm talking about profession and team rules/roles. What they do and the best way to do it. In this thread, my main concern is the Elementalist and their role in either speed clearing, or farming. And to be clear, this isn't a "give me the best build you have" kind of thread. I'm genuinely interested in learning everthing that I don't know yet about these two areas.
Some of the acronyms I'm unfamiliar with (mainly ones like T1, T2, EoE) and I'm hoping I will learn what they are in this thread.
I understand spiking, dying when only you have aggro, and the importance of consumables (I can honestly say, I can do a DoASC pretty well).
When I've been looking at the different sites, the ones that I've stumbled on never actually say what T1 or any of the T#'s mean. Any other videos I've found, are too sped up to even realize what they're doing and the ones that I've found that aren't have music which again, doesn't tell me anything. These are about the only areas I have yet to truely understand and I'm hoping that some of you will be nice enough to help me. Unfortunately, words just aren't enough, there might be some things that I might have to be shown in game to understand what it is I'm supposed to be doing.

The links in the post below me are highly appreciated, and I have taken a look at them. Not all of them answer what I want, but I also know I'm not done absorbing all the information. So, if anyone has any information that these links haven't provided to me (I'm sure I'll come up with something new to want to know) it would be awesome if I could get some help.

TL;DR I basically want help understanding Elementalist roles and what a few acronyms stand for. Looked at Lingo link below me and it didn't give me what I actually wanted. Good information, not the information I was looking for.

As an elementalist, you're going to be either Emo'ing, T1ing, or T4ing in UW. In FoW, you'll be T1ing or T2ing, however, you're generally not really as good as the assassins in this job and the pugs will yell at you, so I suggest you stick to UW when playing ele.

Emoing: The Emo is the bonder who keeps everyone alive in UW. You will be stacking loads of bonds on you, the Lab Tank, and the rest of the Vale team (which consists of a spiker (SS, Esurge, or DwG) and an SoS ritualist) then spam burning speed and a few other things for energy management and healz.

As T1 in UW, you'll be running to The Wastes and clearing all Smite Crawlers and a few other things. (I think? I've never done this) This job requires personal consumables to operate: golden eggs, or candy corn.

As T4, you run to pits and clear all foes that are in the way of the Spirits quest, as well as pop the Reaper of the Bone Pits. However, you're somewhat outmatched by assassins here as well, so pug groups will yell at you.

T means Terra and sometimes Terraformer, because they use Earth magic to kill foes and stay alive.

EoE - edge of extinction, a spirit which is very helpful for clean spikes, often carried by a ritualist so summon spirits can be used to move it around.
T1/2 - "T" refers to "terra", which as a word doesnt really mean anything any more, but terra is used for anything that splits from the main team to go and do something totally different, they are usually "solo" professions like assassins, ele's and rangers and usually involve soloing quests. in fow there are 2 terras and in uw there are 4, but its basically the same principle.
I'm not entirely sure what your current experience level is from your post, what areas have you done before in the main speedclears and which are the ones you are unsure about?
