Guild Hall Bug

At random moments people can't use their (european) guild hall (no npc's/start matches) or lose their guild in the european district. Guilds have forfeited the mAT, countless dAT's and it's making it really hard to form any kind ladder GvG in euro guilds since it can just randomly pop up and stop you from playing altogether. I'm pretty sure it's related to the broken wiki/websites since it started at the same moment (probably behind the same router).

Steps need to be taken to get this fixed ASAP. This been broken for 2 weeks now and it's ridicilous there hasn't even been a word from ANet about this. It's really annoying since the only reason to log in is to GvG which is now pretty much impossible. It's pretty much impossible for most of the euro gvg guilds to play the game for 2 weeks and no response yet?Retarded.

Yes I'm mad.

Perhaps you need to use the search function and look at the Dev Tracker, Regina has stated the Network Op's are working on all of the issues related to the connection issues.

Some things need to be searched for and some things deserve more.
I would have thought something affecting much of Europe would have a stickie note or some semi official notice.

I just moved to the American district to avoid it, problem is how many will move back once its fixed.

Getting tired of sitting in the dark. About ready to buy a new game.

If it took them 1 year to fix 10 dervish skills, I won't get my expectations up high, maybe this is gonna get fixed somewhere around the release date of gw2, 2013 something. Bye Bye higher end pvp for gw?

Gaile also did a small blurb on her feedback page--but it hasnt been updated either for a few days....and seems to be getting more wide spread and not just affecting guildhalls---

This is a list of threads I sent to support several days ago trying to convey to them what a wide-spread issue we're having... I also think they only started to realize on Friday that the issues with the guilds and the general connectivity issues others are having, are actually the SAME issue. Their "bandaid fix" for the GH issue made the players who previously couldn't connect to American districts but who COULD connect to Euro districts, not be able to even connect to the login servers any more. It's all connected, it's all one routing issue.

I know that Guru doesn't officially represent or speak for ANet/NCSoft, but it sure would be great if they'd maybe merge all these threads and post an announcement about the issue directing people to one location to contribute additional info or something. The issue is spreading, it's affecting more and more people with each passing day, and support needs as much info as possible. The more we can compile in one place, the better - especially since a LOT of players only report their issue here and never file a ticket feeling it's not worthwhile to do so.
