I was farming Iboga Petals for Nicholas and on a whim I decided to continue and see if I could vanquish the whole place. And then I began to wonder what creative builds people might come up with if they were faced with the challenge of having to vanquish all alone... on a paragon. O_o
I wouldn't worry about completion time or anything, being able to complete a vanquish solo is quite enough. For Sparta!

I know that it is on a warrior, and it was in the early day of prophecies back when there was no such thing as cons, summons, etc.. But it is really worth taking a look at if you are interested. That guy was truly a boss..

Witte Was is a legend, and with good reason. I don't recall if he ever vanquished anything though, i think the solo tyria guide was done before hardmode even existed.
Also I think Warriors have it quite a bit easier than paragons... better weapons, better armor, better self healing, better self buffing. Still I think it would be fun to see what people come up with for Paragons.

hmmmm, i've solo'd jarin with a sin, warrior, derv, and even my ranger. never once thought of trying it with my para..........

Solo Vanquishes are fun, but I stopped doing them simply because Loot Scaling made the rewards garbage without lucky drops.

i used to do this with my ranger on quite a few starter to mid level areas (kryta and ascalon for example) i did the harder areas with a guildie in a duo of warrior or ranger.
It was great fun and sometimes quite tense when we would almost die due to over aggro.
Creating your build to fit an area with an strategy was most interesting and could sometimes take an hour to do.

Solo vanquish with a Rt is pretty trivial in all but the hardest areas, just takes time.

1) no, because most areas in cantha and elona will have healers, so your spirit spam will not be able to kill them
