havent played in a long time

and since i last played they have added the new password security where you must remember your characters name as well as your password and it seems i cannot remember my characters name :/ yeah if anyone can help me please post here

First off, if you are still on the same computer that you had guild wars on originally, check your screenshot folder.
I know its a different pathway for Vista or XP, assuming 7 too.

Probably searching for "gw001"(your first screenshot) would come up with something.

If you go through all of your screenshots and still come up empty handed, e-mail support with your situation.

Perhaps you have some old screen shots showing your character name? Probably the fastest, easiest way. Or any friends who might have.

Any real life friends that you played with that have you in there friends list ?

Send an email to [email protected] and put NEED CHARACTER NAME in the subject line. Give them all owner info you can supply, such as account name(email), access keys, owner's name, address, birthdate, account/character creation dates, etc.
