Just got this shield today. Probably merch food, but since they're max mods that might be good for some PvP scenarios on a pretty skin, I figured i'd give it a shot.

sold a plagueborn same stats req9 tactics though for 9k, its gold tho, so you might get a couple of k for it, but even i got lucky selling mine for 9k so yeah, probably merch if your not the waiting type.
