A cry for long overdue Curse.com service

Is the kind of faster service etc we were promised in the acquisition? It's been a long time in coming... can we have some help please?

Multiple failed load screens with "server" busy messages and 7 months pending on being able to see sellers images in the auctions?

I am not sure what problems you are having, but the site loads pretty much instantly for me. There are rare times when I see a server messages, but usually those are gone with a refresh. Can you please elaborate?

As for the images in the auction, it is a known issue and has been addressed by Wyn down in the Auction Feedback & Support section.

The auction problems are more because of the budget software that was purchased for the auction initially than Curse. A new auction system is in the works, I have no ETA, but it is on the to-do list.

the site loads WAAAAAAY faster than before curse (as someone who had to work with both the way it was and the way it is now----now is 1000% better--and no, not being coerced into saying this.)..yeah sometimes there is an outage, but its not like it was before when for MONTHS it was so slow I could almost bake a cake before screens moved!

As a mod who spends time DAILY moderating my area---I start where I left off the day before and go until I am current---there were times before I was still at my computer 12 hours and still had not gotten to where I left off. The longest it has taken me now is 3 hours. (nothing compared to the 8-10 hour days I used to put in).

I've also noticed huge improvements in site performance after the Curse acquisition. I don't spent a noticeable amount of time in the Auctions anymore though because I do most of my trading in unbelievably large amount of Ectos through the Forum here or ingame.

PS: Wynthyst any ETA on the new Auction Stuff?
