PC on Strange Shadow Shield

Hi, I am willing that this shield that was dropped to me the other day has a bit of price, it' s a bit strange, because the statse it has cannot be get on an inscribable shield :O It's not perfect, but I think it would be very interestant because they are good stats

If it was max it might have a bit of value (10 armor slashing, -5 20%) as it is, no one would buy that

so yeah, merch, these are not all that uncommon
