Purchase in ingame store declined

I just tried to buy the mercenary pack in the ingame store.
Filled in my creditcard details and clicked to purchase.
I got the following message:

Declined (code 1751336)

Do anybody have any idea what that means?

or whatever it should bring up an answer for yourself.

I have seen myself on several occassions enter an incorrect number along the way.

I now always double check everything before I press the proceed button.

There are quite a few reasons why this could have happened:

1. You typed in the information wrong
2. You have passed your monthly spending cap for NCsoft (they put caps on accounts to help prevent fraud)
3. You have maxed your spending on the card
4. You live too far away from the NCsoft office that online sales run through and your card company locked the sale thinking your card was stolen

There are plenty of other reasons why it may have happened, but these are usually the most common.

Thanks for the answers. doing search on the code didnt help. I just tried again, and succeeded this time. I guess i must have mistyped something in the first try.
