is it bannable?

before you all read the rest, ncsoft bans those for exploiting glitches which gives players an unfair advantage over the others and this has NO BENEFIT whatsoever
i just want a confirmation on this from the players thoughts, it has no benefit at all but just something to do.
getting inside the xunlai chest and sitting down
Getting behind NPC's that arent usually able to get behind(obstructed barrier)
i made a video of the glitches but am now concerned to whether its against the eula and havent gotten a response from the support team yet
HAD TO REMOVE LINK + Video, support told me to.

No, it is not bannable.
however, some players who do this often try to scam players by saying "teaching how to get behind [insert NPC or object] for [insert amount of gold]!" which is a a bannable offense for scamming.

Well, the EULA states that ArenaNet reserve the right to ban you for whatever they like, so technically you could be banned for doing nothing. That said, if Anet cared enough about this to ban you over it, I seriously question their priorities (i.e, it wouldn't be considered banable). I don't see the point in doing this, but I wouldn't feel threatened by a ban risk.

As long as there is not any unfair benefit to the glitches, I doubt arenanet would ban users over them.

No, I don't think you can get banned for this, but letting them know about the bug usually helps and allows you to feel safer (if you need to feel safer ) because you can say you were just doing it to figure out how it's done to help fix it. But in the end, nah it's not bannable. Me and a couple people figured out how to hit the mission start timer in Mission outposts and get ourselves glitched though the portals to the zone connected to the outpost. We weren't banned but it spread like wildfire in the game community and Anet stepped in and fixed the bug but changing how Mission start works.
Again, this wasn't advantageous, we were just exploring the world through the portals still in the town instance. It was actually a pretty tricky bug to do but it COULD be done at the time and was quite humorous when the masses found out.

sweet thanks!! i sent a support again to them

Don't send a question to support multiple times. It achieves nothing other than giving them more to work through. They'll get to your issue eventually. It's currently Sunday (or really early morning) in America so they won't be working now. Wait a day or two and you should have a response.

i wasnt able to send a reply before, i successfully made the first message to them

God no. You got trolled.

In theory the op could state his case that - if players are attempting to exploit these glitches and scam players then showing how its done will mean everyone can do it and causing the scammers to find something else - lessening the amount of ppl scammed.
The glitches are minor if in outpost ( not seen video to see them all ) and dont do anything to exploit the actual game .
Thats just my views on this one.

Theres one of the guildhalls (vabbian theme, forgot it's name) where you occasionally spawn inside the xunlai chest. So it is possible to do it unintendedly and I highly doubt it´s bannable offence even if you also do/sit in there. Only if you try to get some advantage out of it or interact with unknowing players it could be a problem.

The GM asked you to remove the video from YouTube - not just remove the link from this thread. I'd advise you do that if they don't want people using the glitch.
Also, you left your name in the screenshot.

I don't see the point, unless I can appear in someone elses Xunlai chest

You definitely shouldn't worry about getting banned.
Think about it this way...there are tons of "glitches" that are known in the game (some of which are as old as the game). Think about those "end of the world" glitches or [insert Cartography glitch exploit here] trick that helps people get Cartography titles. It is the same sort of concept. I am sure the game developers never intended for people to access that but they have and I don't see people getting banned for it.
If it is a minor glitch, I wouldn't worry about it. Your video should be fine if all it is is just a video exploring these glitches in a weird or funny way. Where you run into trouble is if you try to exploit that glitch for profit. That is bannable.

Don't expect too much from support. In my opinion, support requested to take down the video because it showed "how to get into the xunlai chest". They probably didn't look at the video at all, which most certainly showed only a graphical and completely harmless glitch: overcome the collision detection around the xunlai chest and stand in the same place. This glitch happens often in one of the guild halls, where one spawn point is exactly at the same position where the xunlai chest stands.
Instead, they probably judged only from the description that the video showed how to open the xunlai chest of other people and being able to steal items out of it, which is obviously impossible. (if it were not impossible, it would be a bug so severely that nobody would make a video out of it and publish it on youtube and ask in a forum if that would be a bannable offense. Instead, support would be flooded with tickets on mysteriously vanished items and the game would even be taken down until that bug is fixed by the devs)
