PvE: LF American Guild

I'm a four year off and on player looking for a guild that can help me become a better player while keeping the game fun and interesting. I live in Florida and preferably looking for an East or Central time zone guild with members in the college age group. I own all campaigns and enjoy playing with others rather than henchies and heroes but would rather not use or listen to vent as I listen to music while playing.
