It's a one of a kind 1 off or not, and there's a limited amount of possible buyers but there's also the element of you wanting this item yourself and therefore not selling even at a good offer. The potential buyers of this Axe would all be players that can easily make 500-750 ecto per month either thru GVG, Trade, DoA or whatever else. And I know myself that finding an item I actually REALLY want is an extremely rare thing and when one shows up I don't even remotely care about the price. The only item I've found in the three months sine I came back to game that I'd pay just about anything for is a Q8 -2 Ench +29 HP Ornate that some idiot sold for 175e when I would easily have paid twice. xD And yeah, I probably overpaid even at that price point.
The reality is that this is an extremely wanted item that serves a highly defined purpose for many of this games richest players, the high end GVG'ers. The damage of the item doesn't even remotely matter as the buyer may as well be a monk that wants it just for dying quicker, and a 6-28 damage probably doesn't exist. And using this thread you're creating a buzz around the item. I wouldn't be surprised if I PM'ed you with a 400e offer and you said something like "It's a fair offer mate, but, I just don't wanna sell." So by that reasoning, the only price you'd sell at is a raise from a fair offer. If the price estimate says 400e and that's the price you feel is fair. I still don't think you'd sell below 650 because you need the assurance that the offer you're getting is one that cant be beat.
This Axe is one of a kind an paying a months worth of Zkey \ Ecto wouldn't matter to the potential GVG buyers because the chances they'd find an as nice martial weapon to use for double vamp are practically nonexistent. So I'm gonna go with 650

I'm going to have to go with everyone else here and say you can basically get whatever you ask for for this, its just so rare, let alone the skin and the q8 that its worth a _ton_ of ectos/zkeys/armbraces/whatever medium of exchange you desire. This is probably like one of the only sephis axes you will find with these type of mods on it so you can basically get whatever you desire for it. Have fun making bank on it.
