Heroes placment order

Dose order in which you place your hero’s mater? Offense first monks last?

Heroes with rezzes at top, for easily flagging. Sometimes it matters based on how you want heroes to stand at the beginning when they're flagged - ie, if you use the flag all for the last 4 heroes, and stand behind the flag, the last two heroes will be in front, but if you stand in front of the flag, they'll be in back.

Most of the time it doesn't matter though.

Edit: Sorry, better qualify - out of the last 4 heroes, when standing behind, the first of the four, and the last, go in front (hero slots 4 and 7), while slots 5 and 6 will stand in back. Vice versa when you stand in front of the flag. And then they move all over in combat, anyways.

I normally have my healer, MM and my war in the first three spots. That way if I have to split up I know my smaller units are self-sufficient. Plus I sometimes have to flag my MM away if she starts getting beat on, dead MM = crazy bad times w/ masterless minions.

It only matters insofar as only the first 3 spots can be flagged individually.

In addition to the previously mentioned reasons, the reason that I pay attention to order is that I like to hotkey the "Force hero N to use Skill Y" commands. Therefore, gotta keep the order/skill bars sorted properly.
Sucks when I forget to keep the order straight and instead of getting splinter weapon cast on me I get death nova.

if your running something like discord its nice to have 3 discord at the top that way you can set discord to a key on your keyboard for each and then bind those 3 keys to one so you can spike whenever you want. if not doing that its best to have healers at top as solo flags so their not all balled up when facing aoe.

I usually have the discord at the top three as well. After which I will put in the monks. Last of all, if the slot is free, I actually will use it for M.O.X because I find that he will run after mobs more than others will. He needs more flagging wen he is in my team then others. Don't know why he does that to me though....QQ
