Problems loading guildwars on new network

I am at a different network than I am normally at, and guildwars will not connect at all. It stays at the "Connecting to Arenanet" screen. Doesn't move at all. I have had this problem before, as I have been at this network before. But last time I was talking to Arenanet for help... which did little to nothing. Anyone have this issue?

My wifes computer is also using the network but she is connecting to guildwars fine.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the network provider, or the providers firewall, is blocking access to GW. This could be allowed on an individual basis, which would explain why your wife's works.
