How do i acquire Whirlwind Attack?

I've been to all 3 hero skill trainers the wiki lists and they don't have it offered. Is there some requirement I must have first? I want it for Jora whom I just acquired.

Whirlwind Attack is a Sunspear PvE skill, so the trainers will have it listed under Sunspear Skills rather than Warrior Skills. However, since it is a PvE skill, heroes cannot use it, so Jora is out of luck.

Hmmm. Thin I guess the PVXwiki is out of date? It has it listed under Warrior/any Enduring Axe. Oh well. I wanted to see Jora spin!

Give her Cyclone Axe.

Some PvX builds give versions for both players and heroes, with the player builds using PvE-only skills and the hero builds using regular skills in their place.

This. The pvx w/any enduring axe page has a separate build for heroes if you read it more carefully.
