PC Potential price of a 6th anniversary minipet (April 28 2005!)

Hello everybody,


actually I stopped playing Guild Wars years ago, but I can remember that I started playing on the very first day of its release. This was, as far as I can recall, April 28th 2005.
So now that we're approaching April 28th 2011, I was wondering whether there still are those "birthday presents" for your account, minipets or something like that... And if yes, are they still as coveted as they were when I was a regular player? So do you think I can reach a high price (lots of gold and ectos... Are ectos even the most valuable raw material or did they get replaced by now!? ) if I offer my 6th (!) anniversary minipet right on April 28th? After all, there aren't that many players who can make this sort of offer right on the very first day...

/edit Oh I am so sorry, haven't seen the minipet sticky-thread. Gosh, I am no longer used to posting in forums in stuff (man, did I get old...) . Anyway, since this thread is about the particular idea of selling the 6th anniversary minipet right on April 28th, please don't close it.... I just need to know whether it's worth re-installing the entire GW game although my internet is extremely slow at the moment...

I'm still gonna *bump* this now, even though it might be a dumb question...

Actually all I wanna know is whether people will be going crazy over a 6th year minipet being offered e.g. on April 28 2011 or whether they'll simply wait till May or even June when the presents got much more common and wide-spread...
Since the 2nd birthday was the last anniversary I witnessed as an active player, I'd simply appreciate a short comment on this topic form a player who was active when the 2010 presents were released... Just share your experiences, like "oh my god, on April 29 2010 some ppl were biding 500e on white 5th year minipets" or "no one cared about the 5th year minipets in late April 2010" (I could hardly believe the latter one... actually I think they're both rather unlikely ), so that I can estimate the value of my upcoming 6th year minipet... That would be very nice.
