Allies
PVE skill NPC like Courier Falken that doesn't aggro the whole map.
Awesome warrior NPC like Dian Fermati with his Drunken Stumbling PvE skill. "DIAN FERMATI! You feel any different yet? No? How does Kilroy DO that?" ; "I know what the lieutenant is going through with Gwen right now. I was smitten with Koro when I first joined the Falcons. She's beautiful, elegant, and smart, so I wasn't surprised when she turned down a dumb muscle-head like me. Rejection hurts more than Charr bites. I'm not speaking figuratively either, I've compared them." ; "Tahnu is such a snob. I went drinking with him once and he wouldn't drink anything but rice wine. Every drink has it's own merits; he's just too stubborn to acknowledge anything not made in Cantha."
Hilarious Mesmer NPC (not hero) like Koro Sagewind that has a sweet PvE skill (Koro's Gaze). "Oh my! I'm sorry, were you trying to cast that spell?" ; "Just because I know some healing spells doesn't mean you should be reckless. I don't heal the stupid."
Ele NPC like Lawrence Crafton with his Ebon Vanguard Battle Standard of Power. But with a better build that doesn't have Lightning Javelin and Glyph of Elemental Power..."One time, I was attacked by a giant wolf in a grain field. I barely escaped with my life. I managed to distract the beast by throwing an apple from my lunch at it. That gave me enough time to finish my spell. I didn't know that wolves liked apples, but they certainly DON'T like lightning."; "You know the Ebon Vanguard uses a very complex system to barter and trade for the items it uses up north. I know because I'm the one who came up with it.""
Mesmer hero is good too.
Using existing NPCs: Argo, Siege Turtle.
Enemies
* Destructive was Glaive Ritualists with skills like Doom, Channeled Strike, Nightmare Weapon, Warmonger's weapon, Weapon of Shadow. Ancestor's Rage + Splinter are a must along with casts on assassins to encourage proper positioning. Single target things to promote active protting.
-->SoS Rits.
--> Restoration bars with Attuned was Songkai + Spirit Light + Spirit Transfer
--> Soul Twisting + Shelter + Union + Displacement
--> Soul Twisting + Dissonance + Shadowsong + Anguish (Disenchantment is broken vs balanced)
--> Wanderlust
* Assassins with Exhausting Assault ; Flashing Blades ; Mark of Death. Siphon Strength also.
Core classes...
* Ele enemies with blurred vision (Mirror of Ice bar?). Enemies with sliver armor and Unsteady ground. Because blinding surge isn't in Factions.
* Monk skillbars with hex removal so that non-Keystone Mesmers don't steamroll. Oh wait, 5 recharge Clumsiness means it doesn't matter... Healing Burst bars. Empathic removal. RoJ. Spirit Bond, Spell Shield to encourage balanced teams. Life Sheath to break Discord. Gift of health prot bars with Boon signet.
* Rangers with Broadhead arrow;Glass Arrows;Viper's Nest. Monks don't carry condition removal anymore. Punish them.
* Necro bars with Discord. Oppressive Gaze + Wail of Doom + Soul Bind too. Plague Signet.
* Mesmer bars with Psychic Instability. If you have done Gyala's Hatchery ecently you know how strong this is with multiple copies against you.
* No warriors. They take forever to build adrenaline anyway. Enraged Smash, Counterblow linebackers otherwise. Sword warriors might as well not exist. Axe with Triple Chop + Cyclone axe (procced with Ritualist Splinter)
* No paragons. AI controlled ones are sad and they are Nightfall.
* No Dervishes. They're broken and they are Nightfall.
In general stuff that encourages prots rather than redbar because I hate HB monks and pure heal bars.

Loot tables
* Inscribable only. No core skins please (WiK drops were rubbish other than the ultra-rare minis). More caster oriented drops... focus mods (Forget me not, seize the day) are the only thing ridiculously expensive for inscribables.
* The biggest issue in GW is trying to get usable focii. Wands are hard too, but inscribable ones make it easy (make one for ~10k total after Memory wrap and "aptitude not attitude"). Staves are reasonably easy post update, inscribable ones that is (make one for ~10k total after adept staff head, enchant and "aptitude not attitude"). Making one focus, no matter what skin it is, costs upwards of 30K each (Forget me not + aptitude).
EDIT: No more ultra-rare minis please. Livia/Evennia/Salma are okay... but stuff like Peacekeeper Enforcers, Confessor Isaiah, Confessor Dorian, etc. are ridiculous because of the rarity. It's the Polar Bear fiasco more or less. It only benefits maybe 0.0001% of the populace at best. If it's a mini I think the Black Moa chick implementation is the best. It's supposed to be a game founded on skill rather than how many times you killed mobs only to get Confessor's Orders and not a mini.
EDIT2: Less fighting, more player skill. Think Lumo the Mime or something not emote based but more effective with players (pressure pads in the Deep; gears in SF; Dasha Vestibule puzzles). Less Fed-Ex or walk in a straight/wavy line creating a path of destruction. The only issue is exp/drops from mobs versus a puzzle-like quest.
