PC 2 low req blue shields

Lotus Shield - Q8 str., 16 armor
Lotus Shield - Q7 str., 15 armor

I understand that q7/15 shields are sought after for pvp, but since its req. strength caster classes dont benefit from it... so yeah, if anyone could tell me if these are worth something, that would be awesome, thanks.

EDIT: forgot to say, but both are inscribable^^
