does it make your heroes spam too many skills and drains their energy / requires more emanagement skills for them?

Can't say I've used it much, but if they do, consider using spell based energy management.

Ofcourse, but I'm thinking of spamming it on my monk allowing my 7 heroes (with those builds we get flooded with here on guru)
to kill a mob that much faster, will their usual emanagement suffice?

Also, does anyone have experience with EBSoW and their usual heroes getting low on energy more often? Did you manage to counter it? and if so, how?

they will run out energy faster, because everyone's spells recharge faster... they will recharge in about 2/3 of the normal time on average. This means more energy management is in order. Fortunately some of the best energy management comes in the form of spells, and these spells also recharge faster... win/win.

try auspicious incantation, power drain, tease, energy drain and of course BiP and blood renewal. Aria of Zeal and Lyric of Zeal may be helpful too.

Much of it depends upon what skills they use, what the normal recharge rate is, what their weapon firing rate is, etc.. For some heroes, the decrease in recharge time won't matter much, if they are not hampered by waiting for spells to recharge in the first place.

But yes, obviously, IF they end up using more skills more often, they will use more energy. Trying to alleviate the energy issues could result in the heroes doing less damage overall and thus negating the benefits of EBSoW (by taking up skill slots, weapons damage, etc., for energy management.)
Best idea - try it and see.

It's no problemo, just make sure they all have some points invested in Soul Reaping, and they'll be fine.

My thoughts exactly, a paragon and some merc necro's / mesmers should be fine. Don't think running monkies or melees would be a good idea tho.

Ima try it out
