I am trying to figure out how to continue my main mission line. I just complete the challenge mission of "A Hero Shall Lead them" got the people safely evacuated but did not get a continuation to the next quest in line. Can anyone help me out?

At the completion of the quest, you should have ended up in the outpost, Venta Cemetery.
At that point, simply talk to the NPC named Rojis, and you should be able to do the mission there.
However, you said you evacuated the Sunspears out of Kourna (and therefore beat the previously mentioned mission)
The NPC you should now be looking for is name Dockmaster Ahlaro. He is in south end of Kamadan, across the bridges, near the Xunlai Chest.
He should have the quest that continues the Primary Quest chain.
At that point, simply talk to the NPC named Rojis, and you should be able to do the mission there.

You can also check wiki for the mission. On the right corner there is a box that tells you the basic information regarding the mission. It will give you the previous mission/quest name and the next one.
