AND one of the following
+9-10vs anything except demons (+9 or +10 vs animals of various kinds, but only +10 of fire, cold, etc), reduce cripple, -5(19-20%), reduce weakness, reduce blind, or -2 stance.
I may consider -2 ench or -3 hex also so post what you have
