Id merch the funky mix plagueborn staff and poopy oni blade. Personally I'd merch the koi scepter as well as I see no use for it.

The chakram 50k+ but not sure get more pcs

The 20/20 celestial 12-15e I would think. Maybe even more

The wailing staff is nice just not sure how wanted the skin is so I don't have a value opinion on it

chakram 40kish imo. +10vs blunt is pretty bad and even 20/19's don't go for much over 20e.
Celestial 20-30e imo, one of my favourite skins
Wailing.. is indeed cool, don't see extremely many gold ones.. especialy not perfect. Just put it in a sell-thread and see where it goes (its not a great skin tho.. so don't expect too much).

Rest I'd merch.
