PvE:Nothing really noticeable to say. The 15 ene of Bflash was easily supported from attunements, AoR, and extra e-management: now is just less expensive to spam.
DH+HD is a standard use on UA monks for party heal, now will be just be used little more(3 sec CD decrease)
PvP:eehh, again pvp adressed update that fail(at least in some parts).
Bflash is powerful meele hate, buffed anti OP derv i guess. Grasping is quite pointless.....again, maybe is intented as protection vs. dervs with IAS+IMS running everywhere atm.
Fragility increased CD is for nerf the combination with avatar of Balth/Grenth, that spam short-lasting conditions.
About 2nd derv change(i'm sure that someone will explain better than me) i feel that those aren't the real origin of derv OPness....we'll see.

Weak update-
Aura of thorns: energy cost won't affect this skill what so ever, recharge or duration should have been increased/decreased, instead of energy, 5 energy is nothing to a dervish, pointless change
Avatar of Balthazar: Fair enough, spammability of flash enchantments hardly scratches it.
Dust cloak: Good change, too spammable at 6.
Harrier's grasp: Good change, needs higher recharge imo, pretty much a conjure cripple, needs to be able to be stripped so it has a downtime.
Lyssa's haste: Fair change, but i think the initial interrupt needs to be removed, it the reason why its overpowered, no cast time.
Blinding Flash: Quite a bad update, it was balanced at 15e, it was already annoying having an ele sit on you all game till they ran out of energy stripped, this just means 50% more blinds when there stripped, make matches much longer.
Fragility: 8 seconds is not good enough, we have 40/40s for a reason, should be 12 recharge or at least 10 seconds.
Divine healing & heaven delight: good update, makes more options for third back line character.

I've been farming RA with B Flash on my Invoke bar, I didnt have any energy problems with it. How about fixing ellys for PVE instead of making such an unwanted PVP change? |
So yes when im doing better on my ele using mostly sin skills, there is a problem with eles in PVE

I love the Blinding Flash update... another nail in Water Magic's coffin. They need to totally redesign Water Magic since snaring is nowhere near blinding (ok they have that blindness like hex BUT it's only 50% chance to miss, and can't be maintained forever).
That Fragility chance is stupid too. It's just like all the other 5>8 Mesmer changes. How about this... stop balancing skills for other professions! I know it's unavoidable but seriously. Change the skill or link it to Fast Casting.

pretty uneventful update but then again, I wasn't expecting much. Hopefully, in May we can get that paragon skill update that was supposed to follow the Dervish overhaul.

Restore all the skills that were nerfed pre-split back to the original levels and lower casting times on spear skills so that there are no 3 second to throw attacks.
I would love a slight buff to pvp but I know it's all about GvG and they won't throw the championships into utter panic and chaos just so I can enjoy FA more.
