So I got this strange shield and I'm not sure if it's normal or worth anything?

It's stats are:

Shadow Shield
No insc
Q10 Strength
Armor 16
Water Magic +1 (19% chance while using skills)

The strange bit is the water magic part?

Is it actually worth anything or am i just ill-informed?
