Earth bo staff has a rec that's too high for terras to reach without cons and pref PCcons on top to counter weakness. That said, people are stupid, bo staves are popular and everyone goes crazy over earth magic. Sold a q9 one for 45e and wouldn't surprise me if you managed to pull 50 to 70 out of it.

Broadsword, 20k maybe? If you can find a buyer that is, q9 one in auctions right now has a bid of 100+.
