Cannot Advance Scavenger Hunt

Recently I regained some of my motivation to get my HoM to 30/50. I planned to do the WiK-storyline another time, with a different character, for the Medals of Honor/gold and whatnot. I knew I had to complete the Scavenger Hunt first, in order to get the necessary dialogue, but when I gave Keiran the last item, some Hard Apple Cider, the "Almost? What more could you possibly need?" option didn't appear. And when I tried to speak to him again he said: ""Back so soon? Do you have something to help my plan come to fruition? I'd love half a dozen candles and I am still accepting offers for sweets, drinks, and an exotic meal", even though I have given him all the required items.

I really hope someone could point out that I did something wrong, or that I'm missing something, rather than that it's a bug.

Did you try going into the HoM and seeing if the dialogue between Gwen and Keiran triggers?

Yes, and unfortunately the dialogue doesn't trigger.

Are you sure you gave him the Drake Kabob and not the Chunk of Drake Flesh? Because he takes both, but only the kabob counts as the "perfect" item (this is a mistake I've seen before), and he says he's still waiting for the exotic meal (the kabob).

I usually make sure I have no items he could possible even think about wanting when I talk to him...have you tried this yet?
