Not sure if this is a bug or not. I've got 2 accounts, and 3 of 5 characters have completed WiK questline (2 that haven't are on same account).
I wanted to get the sacks of random junk, just for the heck of it. I can take one of these 2 characters that haven't completed WiK outside EotN, and Thackeray shows up. If I party with the character on the alternate account that has completed WiK, Thackeray doesn't show up. I make the party leader the guy that hasn't yet completed WiK.
I noticed I had some of the daily WiK quests on the alternate account, so I removed them and tried again - still no Thackeray. The wiki suggests he should be there: "If the party leader has access to the scavenger hunt so do all the other party members, so you can still complete it with help. 82.143.219.87 02:31, 10 January 2011 (UTC) "
Hmm, I know they're crappy, but I just wanted to collect a stack of junk hehe. Any suggestions?
