Weapons upgrade

I'm wana ask about weapon.
If i buy weapon from Kaineng Center (like Cleaver) can i put to that weapon Axe Grip of Enchanting and Inscription "I Have the Power!" (Energy +5) ?

If no, that weapon i need if i wana put this weapon upgrades?

You can add the axe grip but I don't think you can add the inscriptions.

I think you have to go to Elona or EoTN.

Inscriptions are a special case of weapon mod, different from hafts and grips.

Inscriptions were only introduced in the Nightfall campaign, previous campaigns had that specific mod fixed at weapon creation.

Look carefully at the item. If it has an "inscription:" entry in the description, it can take an inscription. Otherwise, it cannot.

There are several collectors or crafters that can create weapons with the mods you want too.

But inscribable weapons can only drop from Elite area and PVP chests and Nightfall and EotN. Most items you can get in Prophecies or Factions do not come with an inscription slot. You also can't mod some weapons there that are modable in NF/EotN (like shields).

If you really want the Canthan Cleaver skin, you can have a weaponsmith make that Cleaver (energy +5) in Divine Path (see http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Shichiroji. You can then put the axe grip on it.
