Hi, I recently attempted to purchase the Trilogy pack for Guild Wars and also EOTN. I put in all my information and hit continue and it said "Processing Transaction" for about two minutes before it said "Session Timed Out, could not complete transaction" or a similar message.
I tried to do it again, and got the same message, so I decided to just go to Wal-Mart and buy it.
I come back, check my bank account online, and I was charged twice for the purchases I attempted to make online. I figured if it "timed out" or "could not be processed" I wouldn't have been charged, but it did it anyway.
I know I will probably have to call support tomorrow, but I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem similar to this and if NCSoft/Arenanet provides refunds for digital copies. I'm okay with them stripping my account of the associated items/expansions my account got on it because of the unintended purchase.
I still have my receipt in my e-mail and everything. What do you guys think? Will they refund it?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I love Guild Wars, but I'm not prepared to spend 100 bucks on two accounts I will never use, and I kinda need that money back for rent lol.
Also, if this is in the wrong forum, please let me know.
